Dekai FA-UM800 Crane Cradle Five Axis Ultrasonic Machining Center is a series of AC cradle type crane five axis ultrasonic machining center products independently developed by Dekai CNC on the basis of fully utilizing its own advantages and digesting and absorbing international advanced technology.
1. The FA-UM800 machine tool adopts a gantry structure design, with an integral bed body. The X/Y/Z linear axes move on the bed body, and the weight of the workpiece does not affect the dynamic performance of the linear axes.
2. This machine tool not only has traditional machining functions such as milling, boring, drilling (drilling, expanding, reaming), grinding, threading, and countersunking, but also can achieve ultrasonic machining function. During ultrasonic machining, the ultrasonic generator applies high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to the five axis machine tool, causing the spindle of the machine tool to have high speed and ultrasonic vibration, thus making the machining machine tool both flexible and multifunctional like a five axis machine tool, as well as efficient and special like ultrasonic machining.
The ultrasonic system includes an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic machining tool holder, and an ultrasonic transmission module. It is completely independently developed and designed, using a working frequency of 28 ± 0.3 KHz. The generator frequency can accurately match the ultrasonic tool holder frequency, thereby achieving high-power output and ensuring that the ultrasonic tool holder is always in the best working state, achieving true ultrasonic machining.
